Interest Class definition

Interest Class. (the "Merchandiser's Securities") equal to the product obtained by multiplying (i) the Subject Interest by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is Merchandiser's Securities and the denominator of which is the total number of Equity Securities of the Subject Interest Class then owned by the Transferor, Merchandiser, and any other Person that has tag-along rights with respect to the proposed Transfer by Transferor. To the extent Merchandiser, or any other Person that has tag-along rights with respect to the proposed Transfer by Transferor, shall exercise its tag-along right, the number of Equity Securities that the Transferor may Transfer in the transaction shall be correspondingly reduced.
Interest Class means each of Class 1 and Class 2, each such class having been determined by reference to the principles set out in Schedule 10 to the Companies Act.
Interest Class. A-1D Monthly Interest, Class A-1E Monthly Interest, Class A-1F Monthly Interest and Class A-1G Monthly Interest.

Examples of Interest Class in a sentence

  • During the Rapid Amortization Period, in addition to Class A Monthly Interest, Class A Monthly Principal will be distributed to the Class A Certificateholders on each Distribution Date commencing in the month following the commencement of the Rapid Amortization Period until the Class A Certificates have been paid in full.

  • For federal income tax purposes, such surrender and release shall be treated as a purchase of such Mortgage Loans and REO Properties for an amount of cash equal to all amounts due in respect thereof after the distribution of amounts remaining in the Distribution Account, and a crediting of such amounts as a final distribution on all remaining REMIC I Regular Interests, REMIC II Regular Interests, Regular Certificates and the Class A-S Regular Interest, Class B Regular Interest and Class C Regular Interest.

  • During the Rapid Amortization Period, in addition to Class B Monthly Interest, Class B Monthly Principal will be distributed to the Class B Certificateholders on each Distribution Date commencing in the month on which the Class A Investor Interest is paid in full.

  • During the Rapid Amortization Period, in addition to Class B Monthly Interest, Class B Monthly Principal will be distributed to the Class B Certificateholders on each Distribution Date commencing in the month following the commencement of the Rapid Amortization Period (and after payment in full of the Class A Investor Interest) until the Class B Certificates have been paid in full.

  • The beneficial ownership of the Class SWR Interest, Class LTR Interest and the Residual Interest shall be represented by the Class R Certificate.

  • All reductions in the Class Principal Balances of the respective Classes of the Principal Balance Certificates and the Class A-S Regular Interest, Class B Regular Interest and Class C Regular Interest under this Section 4.04(a) shall constitute allocations of Realized Losses and Additional Trust Fund Expenses.

  • During the Rapid Amortization Period, in addition to Class A Monthly Interest, Class A Monthly Principal will be distributed to the Class A Certificateholders on the Distribution Date of each calendar month commencing in the month following the commencement of the Rapid Amortization Period until the Class A Certificates have been paid in full.
