Interest Equivalents definition

Interest Equivalents means deemed interest payable on amounts in the Cash Fund, at an annual rate equivalent to the weighted average prime lending rate of SunTrust Bank, Atlanta for the relevant year or portion thereof.
Interest Equivalents means any security or obligation that is by its terms convertible into or exchangeable for Interests or other securities of the Company, and any option, warrant or other subscription or purchase right with respect to Interests or such other securities.
