INTEREST REVENUE definition

INTEREST REVENUE means the notional figure of a short-term and interest-bearing Cash Component at the Custodian. At any time the ISSUER is entitled, at its sole discretion, to nominate any other credit institution in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Switzerland or the Federal Republic of Germany for the hypothetical investment of the Cash Component.
INTEREST REVENUE means investment revenue “deemed” earned by the Company from the investment of Customer Assets in the Reference Customer Accounts during the applicable Float Interest Payment Period, such “deemed” investment revenue shall be equal to (i) the aggregate amount of interest earned by Buyer and its Affiliates from the investment of all Customer Assets (including the investment of Customer Assets in the Reference Customer Accounts); multiplied by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the average amount of Customer Assets in the Reference Customer Accounts during the applicable Float Interest Period and the denominator of which is the average amount of all Customer Assets (including those in the Reference Customer Accounts) during such period.

  • LTM Fee Revenue has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.2(c).
