Interface Specifications definition

Interface Specifications means the detailed specifications set forth in EXHIBIT "A" that when implemented will enable the Value-Added Link (as defined below).
Interface Specifications means the set of written documents that represents the agreed to technical design and functionality of the connection between eRx Pad® and Partner Web Portal as set forth in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference. The Interface Specifications will also include, without limitation, transaction specifications for Prescription Data, and business rules, policies and procedures relating to the Prescription Data flow between eRx Pad® and Partner Web Portal.
Interface Specifications means the specifications contained in the Interface Control Documents for (i) the interface between the Satellites and the Communication software, (ii) the interface between the Satellites and the subscriber terminals and (iii) the interface between the Satellites and the Gateway Earth Stations and, (iv) the interface between the Network Control Center and the Satellite Control Center.

More Definitions of Interface Specifications

Interface Specifications means the detailed specifications set forth in EXHIBIT "B" that when implemented will enable the value-added Link (as defined below).
Interface Specifications means the specifications and conditions required for a platform or other service provider to meet in order to connect to Synapse, as may be supplemented or amended (effective upon publication) from time to time by HKSCC, and made available on the HKEX Website;

Interface Specifications means a written description of the functional and technical capabilities of any Interface, and any information relating to data base structures, data models, data schema, table structures, object libraries, methods and procedures to call any of the foregoing, and other similar information. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.
