Interfund Lending Agreement definition
Interfund Lending Agreement means any agreement between one or more Funds or other investment companies or series thereof advised by the Investment Adviser providing for the making of loans from time to time from one such Fund or such other investment companies or series thereof to other Funds or other investment companies or series thereof, as any such agreements may be from time to time amended.
Interfund Lending Agreement means an agreement entered into between Borrowers party thereto, providing for the making of subordinated loans from time to time from one such fund to other such funds.
