Interim Award definition

Interim Award means a Company RSU Award or Company Restricted Stock Award granted after July 22, 2016 but prior to the Effective Time in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice, at such times, to such Company Employees and having such Grant Date Fair Values, as described in Section 5.1(l) of the Company Disclosure Schedule, with such vesting and other material terms as shall also be set forth in Section 5.1(l) of the Company Disclosure Schedule.
Interim Award means with respect to an IC Agreement with a Performance Period of more than one Fiscal Year, the interim payments made pursuant to Article V prior to the end of the Performance Period.
Interim Award has the meaning assigned in the recitals.

Examples of Interim Award in a sentence

  • Public Sector Salaried Employees Interim Award (SAPSSEI Award) to a maximum salary of a classification shall be taken to be a reference to a maximum salary of a classification as provided in this clause.
