Interim Completion Statement definition

Interim Completion Statement has the meaning given in clause 8.3(b);

Examples of Interim Completion Statement in a sentence

  • The Interim Completion Statement shall be provided no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the anticipated Completion Date and shall be in the form set out in Schedule 4.

  • The Seller may update the same and the Parties shall endeavour to agree the Interim Completion Statement before Completion, failing which the matter shall be dealt with in accordance with Clauses 3.11 and 3.13.

  • The Interim Completion Statement shall be provided no later than ten (10) Business Days prior to the date agreed by the Parties to be the estimated Completion Date.

  • Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, subject to and to the extent of any confidentiality obligations by which it is bound, the Seller shall provide the Purchaser with copies of all Operators’ reports, billing statements and correspondence and any other relevant documentation in its possession necessary to support the Interim Completion Statement and the Final Completion Statement.

  • The Seller may update the same and the Parties shall endeavour to agree the Interim Completion Statement before Completion, failing which the matter shall be dealt with in accordance with Clauses 3.9 and 3.11.

Related to Interim Completion Statement

  • Termination statement means an amendment of a financing statement which:

  • Construction Start Date means the later to occur of the date on which Seller delivers to Buyer (a) a copy of the Notice to Proceed that Seller has delivered to the EPC Contractor for the Project, and (b) a written Certification substantially in the form attached hereto as Appendix IV-1.

  • Allocation Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Completion Deadline means the date by which the Arrangement is to be completed, which date shall be April 30, 2014 or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;

  • E-Statement means an electronic version of daily confirms, monthly, quarterly or annual statements, and shareholder tax statements created with investor transaction data housed on DST’s TA2000® mutual fund record keeping system, with images available online via a secure web site.

  • Consent Solicitation Statement means the consent solicitation statement issued on June 15, 2020 by Odebrecht Engenharia e Construção S.A., among others.

  • Certificate of Final Completion means the certificate issued by A/E that documents, to the best of A/E’s knowledge and understanding, Contractor’s completion of all Contractor’s Punchlist items and pre-final Punchlist items, final cleanup and Contractor’s provision of Record Documents, operations and maintenance manuals, and all other closeout documents required by the Contract Documents.

  • Distribution Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 5.02(c) of the Trust Agreement.

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Pre-Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Continuation statement means an amendment of a financing statement which:

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Benchmark Transition Start Date means, in the case of a Benchmark Transition Event, the earlier of (a) the applicable Benchmark Replacement Date and (b) if such Benchmark Transition Event is a public statement or publication of information of a prospective event, the 90th day prior to the expected date of such event as of such public statement or publication of information (or if the expected date of such prospective event is fewer than 90 days after such statement or publication, the date of such statement or publication).

  • Mitigation Study Period means the duration of time extending six consecutive Capability Periods and beginning with the Starting Capability Period associated with a Class Year Study, Additional SDU Study, and/or Expedited Deliverability Study. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Mitigated UCAP” shall mean one or more megawatts of Unforced Capacity that are subject to Control by a Market Party that has been identified by the ISO as a Pivotal Supplier. For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Mitigation Net CONE” shall mean the capacity price on the currently effective ICAP Demand Curve for the Mitigated Capacity Zone corresponding to the average amount of excess capacity above the Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity requirement, expressed as a percentage of that requirement, that formed the basis for the ICAP Demand Curve approved by the Commission.

  • Preliminary Closing Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Post-Closing Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(c).

  • Remainder Registration Statement has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.
