Interim Credit Facility definition

Interim Credit Facility means that certain Term Loan Credit Agreement dated as of April 29, 2015 by and among Energizer Holdings, Inc., as borrower, Citibank, N.A., as administrative agent, and Bank of America, N.A., the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Co-Syndication Agents, or such alternative financing arrangements and agreements as shall have been agreed by EPC.
Interim Credit Facility means that certain credit facility of KMSI providing up to $5.6 million of credit borrowings, including any related notes, guarantees, collateral documents, instruments and agreements executed in connection therewith, and in each case as amended, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced from time to time.
