Interim Exchange Date definition

Interim Exchange Date. Each Payment Date on which the USD Amortisation Amount is to be applied in repayment of the principal amount of the Series 2 Class A Notes.

Interim Exchange Date. If (a) an Extended Due for Payment Date is specified as applicable in the Final Terms for Series CB5 and (b) Party B has notified Party A that the payment of any or all of the Final Redemption Amount for such Series shall be deferred until the Extended Due for Payment Date pursuant to Condition 6.01 of the Final Terms for such Series, then each Interest Payment Date for such Series falling after the Final Maturity Date up to (and including) the relevant Extended Due for Payment Date for which Party B has provided at least three Business Days’ prior notice of the related Party B Interim Exchange Amount.

  • Change Date means (i) each Interest Method Change Date (including any Term Rate Period Advance Tender Date) or (ii) each Facility Change Date or (iii) a date not later than twenty-five (25) days after receipt by the Trustee of a “Notice of Termination Date” under a Liquidity Facility, which date shall be specified in the notice of the Trustee of the purchase of all 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds of the applicable Group provided pursuant to Section 801(A) of Appendix A hereto or (iv) each Discretionary Tender Date.

  • Party B Interim Exchange Amount In respect of each Interim Exchange Date, the Sterling equivalent of the Party A Interim Exchange Amount for such Interim Exchange Date converted by reference to the Dollar Currency Exchange Rate.

  • Free Exchange means an exchange of a Commission Share of one Fund for a Commission Share of another Fund under circumstances where the CDSC which would have been payable in respect of a redemption of the exchanged Commission Share on the date of such exchange is waived and the Commission Share issued in such exchange is treated as a continuation of the investment in the Commission Share exchanged for purposes of determining the CDSC payable if such Commission Share issued in the exchange is thereafter redeemed.

  • Multi-Exchange Index , if applicable, means each Reference Item specified under the heading "Underlying" in the Product Terms to be a Multi-Exchange Index.

  • Interest Rate Change Date The date on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is subject to change as provided in the related Mortgage Note.

  • Interest exchange means a transaction authorized by title 29, chapter 6, article 3.

  • SOFR Determination Date has the meaning specified in the definition of “Daily Simple SOFR”.

  • Drop Dead Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01(b)(i).

  • Optional Exchange means the exchange of the Certificates by the Trust for the Underlying Securities pursuant to Section 7(a) hereof.

  • Permitted Debt Exchange Offer shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(a).
