Interim Lien Waiver definition
Interim Lien Waiver means, as applicable, (i) a lien waiver to be delivered by Contractor pursuant to Section 27.2 in the form of Exhibit F-1 to this Agreement and (ii) a lien waiver to be delivered by all Major Subcontractors (except the Suppliers of the PV modules and the inverters for the Project) pursuant to Section 27.2 in the form of Exhibit F-2.
Interim Lien Waiver means the waiver and release provided to Owner by Contractor, Major Subcontractors and Major Sub-subcontractors in accordance with the requirements of Section 7.2D, which shall be in the form of Schedules K-1 through K-6.
