Interim Subservicing Agreement definition

Interim Subservicing Agreement. That certain agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit C-1, setting forth the terms and provisions pursuant to which Seller will subservice the Mortgage Loans, on behalf of Purchaser, during the Interim Subservicing Period.
