Interim Tests definition

Interim Tests means on the applicable date (a) the Moody’s Diversity Test shall be equal to or greater than 35 and (b) the Moody’s Maximum Weighted Average Rating Factor Test is less than or equal to 2500;

  • Commissioning Tests means all of the procedures and tests which, in accordance with the Reasonable and Prudent Standard, and in compliance with industry guidelines, practices and standards, are:
