Intermediate Member definition

Intermediate Member means an individual admitted to membership of the Institute who does not have sufficient relevant qualifications and accountancy experience to be admitted to membership as an Associate member in accordance with the Bye-laws;
Intermediate Member means a person who has become a Member of the Club as outlined in paragraph 2.04 who is 17 to 22 years of age as of January 1 of the year admitted. Each Intermediate Member shall be entitled to receive notice of and to attend all meetings of Members and shall be entitled to vote on any vote taken at a meeting of Members.
Intermediate Member means a Member, other than Holdings, that is directly or indirectly wholly owned by the Corporation.
