Intermediate Zone definition

Intermediate Zone means those areas so described in this Bylaw and so indicated in schedule A, attached to and forming part of this Bylaw;
Intermediate Zone means any area of land included within any zone under the Zoning Bylaw, which is not otherwise defined as a Quiet Zone or an Activity Zone under this Bylaw.
Intermediate Zone means those areas indicated in Schedule A;

Intermediate Zone means those areas described in Schedule "B" and that portion of the City shown outlined on Schedule "B.1";

Related to Intermediate Zone

  • Intermediate Parent means any Subsidiary of Holdings and of which the Borrower is a subsidiary.

  • Intermediate Holding Company means any Subsidiary of Holdings (of which Holdings, directly or indirectly, owns 100% of the issued and outstanding Equity Interests) that, directly or indirectly, owns 100% of the issued and outstanding Equity Interests of the Lead Borrower.

  • Intermediate school district means that term as defined in section 4 of the revised school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.4.

  • Intermediate Holdings shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Intermediate Holdco means Sunnova Intermediate Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
