You have the nonexclusive, worldwide, nontransferable and nonsublicensable right, subject to payment of applicable Fees and compliance with the terms of these General Terms, to use your Purchased Offerings for your Internal Business Purposes during the Term and up to the Capacity purchased.
Furthermore, the cap above will not be deemed to limit Splunk’s right to recover amounts for your use of an Offering in excess of the Capacity purchased or use outside of Internal Business Purposes.

Subject to Customer’s compliance with this Agreement, Exasol grants to Customer a worldwide, royalty-free, revocable at will, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license during the applicable Term to install and use the Software, within the Licensed Capacity, solely for Customer’s Internal Business Purposes (“Free Software License”).
For Subscriptions purchased by Customer, and subject to the terms and conditions of this Master Agreement including without limitation the restrictions set forth in Sections 2.7 and 2.9 and timely payment of the applicable fees, SirsiDynix grants to Customer the right to access and use the Subscription identified in the Quote solely for Internal Business Purposes and to use the Documentation in connection with such access and use for the Term.
You are hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable (except as expressly permitted herein) license to access the Font Software (i) only in a Licensed Unit, (ii) only for your Personal or Internal Business Use, and (iii) only subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement.

If the Licence Identification identifies the Licence Type as a “Multi-seat Stand-alone Licence,” Licensee may Install primary copies of the specific release of the Licensed Materials designated in the applicable Licence Identification on up to the Permitted Number of Computers, on a Stand-alone Basis, and permit Access to such copies of the Licensed Materials solely by Licensee’s Personnel, and solely for Licensee’s Internal Business Needs.
