Internal Controls has the meaning set forth in Section 4.07(d).

Financial Report means the annual financial report prepared under Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act for the Company and its controlled entities;
External Auditor as used here shall mean any registered public accounting firm engaged for the purpose of preparing or issuing an audit report or performing other audit, review or attest services for the Company. Beam monitoring system means a system designed and installed in the radiation head to detect and measure the radiation present in the useful beam.
Structural pest control means a use requiring a license under Chapter 14 (commencing with Section 8500), Division 3, of the Business and Professions Code.

Auditing Services means those services within the scope of the practice of a certified public accounting firm licensed under Chapter 473 of the Florida Statutes, and qualified to conduct audits in accordance with government auditing standards as adopted by the Florida Board of Accountancy.
