Internal Controlled definition

Internal Controlled means the successor of WestRock Virginia Corporation, a Delaware corporation, after the completion of both (i) its conversion to a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware disregarded as separate from Internal Distributing for U.S. federal income Tax purposes, and (ii) its subsequent conversion to a state law corporation, in each case pursuant to the Plan of Reorganization.
Internal Controlled has the meaning set forth in the Ruling Request.
Internal Controlled has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereof.
