Internal Grievance means any complaint by a teacher involving pay grade, teacher specification, conditions of work, work relationship, or the interpretation or application of policies, rules, regulations, and/or legislation which have been adopted by the Executive Committee. A grievance must concern a matter which is subject to the control of the Administration.
