Internal IT Systems definition

Internal IT Systems means the hardware, Software, network and telecommunications equipment and Internet-related information technology infrastructure owned or leased by the Company or any of the Subsidiaries and used in their businesses.
Internal IT Systems means any and all IT Systems owned by, or leased or licensed to, any Company, together with any and all IT Systems included in the Transferred Assets.
Internal IT Systems means the material information and communications technologies used by the Target Companies (including without limitation hardware, proprietary and third party software, networks, peripherals and associated documentation);

Internal IT Systems means the information and communications technologies used by the Group including hardware, proprietary and third party software, networks, peripherals and associated documentation.

Internal IT Systems means the IT Systems owned, licensed, leased or used and controlled by the Companies for information technology operations of the Business, excluding all IT Systems owned, leased, licensed or used by Parent or any of its Affiliates (excluding the Companies).
