Internal lighting definition

Internal lighting means an indirect, concealed light source which is recessed or contained within any element of a sign.
Internal lighting means a source of illumination entirely within the sign which makes the sign content visible at night by means of light being transmitted through a translucent material, but wherein the source of the illumination is not visible.
