Internal mail definition

Internal mail means interagency mail, packages, or similar items that are delivered or to be delivered to a state agency, the legislature, the supreme court, or the court of appeals, and their officers and employees.
Internal mail means mail generated within USDA that is delivered to a USDA facility, so long as it is delivered by agency personnel or a dedicated agency (i.e., not a service provider).
Internal mail means mail generated within a Federal facility that is delivered within that facility or to a nearby facility of the same agency, so long as it is delivered by agency personnel or a dedicated agency contractor.
