International Component definition

International Component means an employee stock purchase plan which may, but is not required to, meet the requirements set forth in Section 423(b) of the Code. The terms of the International Component are set forth in this document, the International Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and any other applicable Sub-Plan.
International Component means a company has both domestic and international facilities.
International Component means that portion of the Borrowing Base attributable to the Oil and Gas Properties owned by any Material Subsidiary which Properties are beyond the geographic boundaries of North America.

  • Institute-chartered chapters, sections, state organizations, and the International Component are referred to in these Bylaws as “components.” Except as otherwise provided in Section 6.5 of these Bylaws, ”state” shall refer to a U.S. state, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. territory.

  • international flight means all flights other than Domestic Flights.

  • international voyage means a voyage from a country to which the present Convention applies to a port outside such country, or conversely.

  • Alternative Diesel Fuel means any fuel used in a CI engine that is not commonly or commercially known, sold, or represented by the supplier as diesel fuel No. 1-D or No. 2-D, pursuant to the specifications in ASTM D975-81, “Standard Specification for Diesel Fuel Oils,” as modified in May 1982, which is incorporated herein by reference, or an alternative fuel, and does not require engine or fuel system modifications for the engine to operate, although minor modifications (e.g., recalibration of the engine fuel control) may enhance performance. Examples of alternative diesel fuels include, but are not limited to, biodiesel that does not meet the definition of CARB diesel fuel; Fischer-Tropsch fuels; emulsions of water in diesel fuel; and fuels with a fuel additive, unless:

  • aerodrome means a defined area on land or water (including any buildings, installations and equipment) intended to be used either wholly or in part for the arrival, departure and surface movement of aircraft;

  • Relevant Electric Retail Regulatory Authority means an entity that has jurisdiction over and establishes prices and policies for competition for providers of retail electric service to end- customers, such as the city council for a municipal utility, the governing board of a cooperative utility, the state public utility commission or any other such entity.

  • Dispatch Rate means the control signal, expressed in dollars per megawatt-hour, calculated and transmitted continuously and dynamically to direct the output level of all generation resources dispatched by the Office of the Interconnection in accordance with the Offer Data.

  • Automated drug dispensing system means a mechanical or electronic system that performs

  • educational establishment means any school, college or other educational body designated by the Minister by order either specifically or by reference to a class, for the purposes of this Act;

  • technical service means an organisation or body designated by the approval authority of a Member State as a testing laboratory to carry out tests, or as a conformity assessment body to carry out the initial assessment and other tests or inspections, on behalf of the approval authority, it being possible for the approval authority itself to carry out those functions;

  • Industrial maintenance coating means a high performance architectural coating, including primers, sealers, undercoaters, intermediate coats, and topcoats formulated for application to substrates, including floors, exposed to one or more of the following extreme environmental conditions listed below and labeled “For industrial use only;” “For professional use only;” “Not for residential use;” or “Not intended for residential use.”

  • Gestational carrier means an adult woman who enters into an agreement to have an embryo implanted in her and bear the resulting child for intended parents, where the embryo is conceived by using the egg and sperm of the intended parents.

  • Regulatory Floodway means the channel of a river or other watercourse and the adjacent land areas that must be reserved in order to discharge the base flood without cumulatively increasing the water surface elevation more than a designated height.

  • International air transportation means transportation by air between a place in the United States and a place outside the United States or between two places both of which are outside the United States.
