International Offering Circular definition

International Offering Circular means the final offering circular expected to be issued by the Company to the prospective investors (including the Investor) in connection with the International Offering;
International Offering Circular means the offering circular dated the date hereof to be issued by the Company in connection with the International Offering (which term shall include the version of the offering circular for distribution to Qualified Institutional Buyers in the United States);
International Offering Circular means the Preliminary Offering Circular and the Final Offering Circular;
