International Students definition

International Students means applicants or stu- dents who are not United States citizens and who need F-1 or M-1 visas to attend Clark College.
International Students means citizens or permanent residents of a country to which they intend to return other than the United States. (International students who have filed an application for United States Permanent Residency, but have not yet been granted approval, are considered International Students.)
International Students means actual or prospective students (including leads for prospective students) who (i) reside outside of the United States of America and its territories; (ii) are not active duty members of the uniformed services of the United States of America and (iii) are not citizens of the United States of America.
