International Version definition

International Version means a version of the Licensed Software which is capable of processing low-fare searching and pricing queries that comprise origins and/or destinations outside the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.

  • Acceptance of the International Version of the Licensed Software does not waive Galileo’s right to receive maintenance and support hereunder and under the SLA.

  • Following acceptance or rejection of the Domestic Version for Offline Use, Galileo shall have 180 days following ITA’s delivery of the relevant Software to evaluate the International Version of the Licensed Software.
