Internet Web Sites means all internet Domain Leases and Domain names of the Station, the unrestricted right to the use of HTML content relating to the Station located and publicly accessible from those Domain names, and the “visitor” data base for those sites; “Knowledge of Seller” or “to the Seller’s Knowledge” shall mean, collectively, the actual knowledge of (i) X.
