Interrupted Service definition

Interrupted Service means a complete system availability outage of any of the following systems: (i) check-in system comprised of both SkyPort and GoNow, or (ii) the Hosted Reservation Services, or (iii) Hosted Web Services Systems, due to the following: • NAVITAIRE controlled primary circuit network line being down; • NAVITAIRE controlled server or router being down; or • System Error which causes the system to be completely unavailable.
Interrupted Service has the meaning set forth in Exhibit A, Section 9.2.1, Exhibit B, Section 5.4.1, Exhibit F, Section, 9.2.1, Exhibit G, Section 5.4.1, Exhibit H, Section 5.4.1 and Exhibit J, Section 5.4.1.
Interrupted Service. We do not control the GPS or the wireless network and therefore we cannot predict or impact their operability. If either of those systems were to be interrupted, your Service could be negatively affected. By using the Service associated with your Device, you are accepting the risk that either of these external systems may be interrupted indefinitely without notice and acknowledge that we are not required to provide any refunds or credits if your Service is interrupted or if your ability to use the Service is limited based on coverage ability of the cellular network and/or the GPS.   • The NAVITAIRE Account Manager will close the Interrupted Service Report with the Customer Account Liaison upon final report of identified cause and any outline of corrective action.
