Interruption Credit definition

Interruption Credit has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Interruption Credit

Interruption Credit or “Outage Credit” means a credit to be given by Intelsat to Customer against future service provided by Intelsat. Interruption Credits or Outage Credits will be given for Service Interruptions of one (1) hour or more, and will be calculated as a proportion of monthly service, based on the number of hours in the month during which the Service Interruption or Confirmed Outage occurred.
Interruption Credit means a credit against future monthly recurring Charges for that Service, once the Service Outage has occurred for more than 240 minutes, and calculated as a proportion of the monthly recurring Charge, based on seven hundred and twenty (720) assumed sixty (60) minute periods per month for each sixty (60) minutes or major fraction thereof of a Service Outage;

  • Interruption means a reduction in non-firm transmission service due to economic reasons pursuant to Tariff, Part II, section 14.7.

To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Service credit year means an accumulation of months of

  • Excused Downtime means the number of minutes in the Charging Period, rounded to the nearest minute that the link state of Customer’s Port is ‘down’ due to:

  • Unscheduled Downtime means any time when any or all of the applications and Services provided by the Supplier to the Customer shall be unavailable to the Customer due to unexpected system failures other than Scheduled Downtime or the downtime is attributable to events not under the control of the Supplier.
