Interruption Credit definition

Interruption Credit means the credits referenced in TABLE 2B of ATTACHMENT PG.
Interruption Credit has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1 of this Agreement.
Interruption Credit means a credit against future monthly recurring Charges for that Service, once the Service Outage has occurred for more than 240 minutes, and calculated as a proportion of the monthly recurring Charge, based on seven hundred and twenty (720) assumed sixty (60) minute periods per month for each sixty (60) minutes or major fraction thereof of a Service Outage;

Examples of Interruption Credit in a sentence

  • The firm transportation services by Utility under this Agreement may be subject to the applicable "Service Interruption Credit" as set forth in Utility's Tariffs.

  • If a firm intrastate transmission customer experiences D more than one qualifying interruption during the ten-year period beginning on the implementation dateof the CPUC's Capacity Brokering Rules, the Utility shall provide such customer with a Service Interruption Credit (SIC) of $0.25 per therm of gas curtailed or diverted.

  • Service Interruption Credit (Continued) The maximum aggregate SIC obligation of the Utility in any calendar year shall be $5 million.

  • If CSG fails to achieve the Availability SLA for any given Billing Period during the Term (i.e., for a thirty (30) day Billing Period, Interruption Service Time exceeds 43.2 minutes during that Billing Period), Customer shall be entitled to submit a claim for a Service Interruption Credit based on the Service Interruption.

  • If CSG fails to achieve the Sandbox Availability SLA for any given Billing Period during the Term, Customer shall be entitled to submit a claim for a Sandbox Service Interruption Credit (as defined below) based on the Service Interruption.

  • Except for the revised definitions below, the Definitions of Section 1 of Attachment 4 are hereby incorporated into this Attachment 4-A and shall apply to the calculation of the Sandbox Availability SLA and any Service Interruption Credit provided below.


More Definitions of Interruption Credit

Interruption Credit has the meaning set forth in Schedule 6.7 hereof
Interruption Credit or “Outage Credit” means a credit to be given by Intelsat to Customer against future service provided by Intelsat. Interruption Credits or Outage Credits will be given for Service Interruptions of one (1) hour or more, and will be calculated as a proportion of monthly service, based on the number of hours in the month during which the Service Interruption or Confirmed Outage occurred.

  • Interruption means a reduction in non-firm transmission service due to economic reasons pursuant to Tariff, Part II, section 14.7.

  • Unplanned Service Interruption means any Service Interruption where events or circumstances prevent the timely communication of prior warning or notice to the Trader or any affected Customer;

  • Outage has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Downtime means the Total Minutes in the Month during which the Cloud Service (or Servers for Server Provisioning) does not respond to a request from SAP’s Point of Demarcation for the data center providing the Cloud Service (or Server for Server Provisioning), excluding Excluded Downtime.

  • Curtailment Any Principal Prepayment made by a Mortgagor which is not a Principal Prepayment in Full.

  • Service Level Credit is defined in Section 8.

  • Basic generation service or "BGS" means electric generation

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Service credit year means an accumulation of months of

  • Excused Downtime means the number of minutes in the Charging Period that the LSP is unavailable due to:

  • Unscheduled Downtime means any time when any or all of the applications and Services provided by the Supplier to the Customer shall be unavailable to the Customer due to unexpected system failures other than Scheduled Downtime or the downtime is attributable to events not under the control of the Supplier.
