Intimate body part definition

Intimate body part means any portion of the genitals, the anus and, in the case of a female, also includes any portion of the breasts below the top of the areola, that is either uncovered or clearly visible through clothing.

Intimate body part. (“rhan bersonol o’r corff”) means a body part that is listed in section 96(2) of the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017.

  • Intimate part means the sexual organ, anus, groin, or buttocks of any person, and the breast of a female.

  • Intimate parts means the following body parts: sexual organs, genital area, anal area, inner thigh, groin, buttock, or breast of a person;

  • Intimate partner means: (a) Spouses, or domestic partners; (b) former spouses, or former domestic partners; (c) persons who have a child in common regardless of whether they have been married or have lived together at any time; (d) adult persons presently or previously residing together who have or have had a dating relationship; (e) persons sixteen years of age or older who are presently residing together or who have resided together in the past and who have or have had a dating relationship; and (f) persons sixteen years of age or older with whom a person sixteen years of age or older has or has had a dating relationship.

  • private body means a natural person who carries or has carried on any trade, business or profession in that capacity, a partnership or juristic person.

  • Body-worn camera means a visual and audio recording device worn on the person of a peace officer while the peace officer is engaged in the performance of the peace officer's duties.
