Intra-Group Balances definition

Intra-Group Balances means the aggregate in US dollars of all amounts expressed to be owed by or to the Company by or to any member of the Vendor’s Group (as the case may be) outstanding as at close of business on the Completion Date other than those amounts comprised within the Final Intra-Group Debt Amount;
Intra-Group Balances means the Intra-Group Receivables less the Intra-Group Payables, as set out in the Final Completion Statement;
Intra-Group Balances means all sums owed by or to Mars▇▇▇ ▇▇ or from any other members of the Seller's Guarantor's Group at Completion save for those in respect of trade creditors arising through normal business transactions
