Intrastate waters definition

Intrastate waters means all surface waters of the state that are not interstate waters.

  • State waters means all water, on the surface and under the ground, wholly or partially within or bordering the Commonwealth or within its jurisdiction, including wetlands.

  • Intrastate means a telecommunications service that originates in one United States state or a United States territory or possession, and terminates in the same United States state or a United States territory or possession.

  • Interstate highway means a highway route on the interstate system as defined in and designated pursuant to Title 23 of the United States Code, prior to the effective date of this act.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.
