Introducing Broker Agreement definition

Introducing Broker Agreement or “Agreement” means this Introducing Broker Introducer Agreement herein recorded together with all schedules attached to this Introducing Broker Agreement from time to time;
Introducing Broker Agreement means the Introducing Broker Agreement entered into between an Introducing Broker and QuickTrade in terms of which we undertake to pay certain referral fees on the Trades entered into between other Clients which the Introducing Broker has referred to QuickTrade or introduced to QuickTrade, in the amounts and in the manner set out on the Portal;
Introducing Broker Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the Introducing Broker, as may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • The PAMM Manager has also accepted the terms of the Introducing Broker Agreement.

  • The Company considers the act of filling and submitting that form as an unquestioning acceptance of the terms included in the Introducing Broker Agreement and the terms of this PAMM Service Agreement.

  • Subtenant shall cause such work to be performed in a good and workmanlike manner, free of liens, according to all Building rules and regulations applicable to the work, and utilizing procedures approved by Sublandlord which will minimize the disturbance of Sublandlord's operations in the Premises.

Introducing Broker Agreement means an agreement, contract, engagement, undertaking or arrangement entered into or made by a Transferring Entity with a third party intermediary whereby the third party intermediary (a) introduces transactions and/or (b) provides distribution related services in respect of financial instruments issued or created by the Transferring Entity;
