Introducing Client definition

Introducing Client means any approved Client under FXTM introduced to FXTM by the Partner.

Examples of Introducing Client in a sentence

  • Referrals made to World First that are not in accordance with these terms and conditions will be ineligible and neither the Introducing Client nor the Referred Client will receive an Account Credit.

  • Introducing Client or Referred Client is an employee or immediate family member (including spouse, children, parents, siblings and/or grandparent) of an employee of any World First group company.

  • Once these steps have been fulfilled and both the Introducing Client and the Referred Client meet the Eligibility Criteria outlined below both parties will receive an amount of money (as detailed in Schedule 1) (an “Account Credit”) to use towards a foreign exchange transaction with World First.

  • Once the Referred Client has completed a foreign exchange transaction in accordance with Clause 3.4 above, the Introducing Client will receive an email informing the successful referral and the Introducing Client will be required to (a) acknowledge that it (i) agrees to participate in the Campaign in the capacity of an “Introducing Client” as defined herein and (ii) accepts these terms and conditions; and (b) to provide the required acknowledgement as set out in Clause 3.6 below.

  • Each of the Referred Client and the Introducing Client is known to each other, consents to participate in the Campaign in the respective capacity of the Introducing Client and the ReferredClient and consents to the use and sharing of their respective personal data by WorldFirst in accordance with WorldFirst’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws for the purpose of this Campaign.

  • Each of the Introducing Client and Referred Client must provide an acknowledgement that it is not prohibited to participate in this Campaign and receive the Gift Card under any applicable laws and/or its own constitutional documents or internal policies.

  • Based on research on the governance of JJCCs in other counties, advocates proposed amendments to clarify and strengthen rules about the purpose and authorities of the JJCC, including its role in monitoring and evaluating the funding, developing the spending plan and agenda-setting.

  • Once these steps have been fulfilled, each of the Introducing Client and Referred Client will receive the Gift Card within 30 business days from the completion date of the successful foreign exchange transaction.

  • In the event the foreign exchange transaction entered into by the Referred Client in order to fulfil the eligibility criteria is cancelled or otherwise Closed Out, the Introducing Client will no longer be entitled to receive the Gift Card and if any Gift Card has already been delivered to the Introducing Client and/or Referred Client, the Introducing Client and/ or Referred Client (as the case may be) shall return such Gift Card to WorldFirst forthwith upon receiving request from WorldFirst.

  • The Referred Client is known to the Introducing Client and has consented to the Introducing Client disclosing his personal information (including but not limited to name, surname, email address) to WorldFirst.

Related to Introducing Client

  • The Client means the organization purchasing the service.

  • Retail Client means a client who is not a professional client;

  • Institutional Client means a major commercial bank, corporation, insurance company, or substantially similar institution, which, as a substantial part of its business operations, purchases or sells securities and makes use of custodial services.

  • Client means the Project lead of technical wing of the Purchaser for whose’ particular project the Goods / Services have been procured or any other person, duly appointed in writing, by the Client, for the time being or from time to time, to act as Client for the purposes of the Contract.

However, nothing in this paragraph or otherwise shall be deemed to prohibit or restrict us or our affiliates in any way from solicitations of any product or service directed at, without limitation, the general public, any segment thereof, or any specific individual, provided such solicitation is not based upon such list. 9.

  • Investment Client means (i) any investment company registered as such under the Investment Company Act, any series thereof, or any component of such series for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser; or (ii) any private account for which the Adviser acts as investment adviser.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Customer List means a list in electronic form (or such other form determined by ActewAGL) which sets out the following items for a Volume Customer Delivery Point:

  • Vendor or “Vendors” means any entity submitting a bid in response to the Solicitation, the entity that has been selected as the lowest responsible bidder, or the entity that has been awarded the Contract as context requires.

  • End Client means the end client (if any) in respect of the project in connection with which the Supplier is providing its Services as a sub-contractor;

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Customer Affiliate means an entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by or is or under common control or ownership with Customer, where control is defined as the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of the management and policies of an entity, whether through ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise;

  • Procuring Agency or Client means the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Center or any other person for the time being or from time to time duly appointed in writing by the Procuring Agency to act as Procuring Agency for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Transaction Personal Information has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 9.1;

  • Clients means the Janus Funds and other individual and institutional advisory clients of Janus.

  • CPNI means information that relates to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, and amount of a Telecommunications Service subscribed to by any customer of a Telecommunications Carrier, and that is made available to the carrier by the customer solely by virtue of the carrier customer relationship; and information contained in the bills pertaining to telephone exchange service or telephone toll service received by a customer of a carrier.

  • Patient identifying information means an insured's address, telephone number, facsimile number, electronic mail address, photograph or likeness, employer, employment status, social security number, or any other information that is likely to lead to the identification of the insured.

  • Advisory Client means any client (including both investment companies and managed accounts) for which Invesco serves as an investment adviser, renders investment advice, or makes investment decisions.

  • Third Party Vendor means any person or entity that provides SaaS, third party software and/or related intellectual property. “Work” means any additional work the Customer requests Singtel to perform in relation to the Service.

  • Client Information means any data, information, software or other materials that you provide to Red Hat under the Agreement.

  • close business associate means an individual who has had sufficient prior business dealings with the director, senior officer or control person to be in a position to assess the capabilities and trustworthiness of the director, senior officer or control person.
