Invalid Act definition

Invalid Act has the meaning given in the Settlement Terms. ‘NT Act’ has the meaning given in the Settlement Terms. ‘Settlement Effective Date’ has the meaning given in the Settlement Terms. ‘Settlement Terms’ means the document entitled “South West Settlement Terms” which is attached at Schedule 10 to this Agreement. ‘State Party’ has the meaning given in the Settlement Terms. ‘Surrender’ means the surrender to the State of all Native Title Rights and Interests in relation to the Agreement Area.

  • Liquor Act means the Liquor Act 2007 and any regulation made under the Liquor Act 2007. Any reference to a provision of the Liquor Act includes a reference to the same or similar provision in any legislation replacing, amending or modifying the Liquor Act however that provision may be amended in that legislation.

  • Provision in relation to the Act, means words or other matter that form or forms part of the Act, and includes:

  • Fraudulent Conveyance means a fraudulent conveyance under Section 548 of Chapter 11 of Title II of the Bankruptcy Code or a fraudulent conveyance or fraudulent transfer under the applicable provisions of any fraudulent conveyance or fraudulent transfer law or similar law of any state, nation or other governmental unit, as in effect from time to time.
