Inventory Financing Agreement definition

Inventory Financing Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Inventory Financing Agreement dated as of June 28, 2013 by and among Xxxxx Fargo Commercial Distribution Finance, LLC (formerly known as Capital Solutions for the Home Product Industry) and the other parties thereto, as amended, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time.
