Inventory Level definition

Inventory Level means the LNG inventory level in the tanks in the FLNG Facility.

  • Wholesaler shall have no obligation to maintain the minimum Inventory Level of a particular Product if such Product is unavailable from FHPC.

  • The flared gas shall be subtracted from the Shipper's Inventory Level.

  • If this Shipper has a Contract in force over all or part of period P+1, the Operator shall perform the Gas Restitution by increasing the Shipper's Inventory Level on the Date of the First Unloading following the drawing up of the balance statement.

  • A Shipper's Reference Inventory Level may be negative within the limit of the Overdraft Authorisation defined in Article 27.2.2.

Related to Inventory Level

  • Inventory Formula Amount means (i) the lesser of (x) 75% of the Value of Eligible Inventory and (y) 85% of the NOLV Percentage of the Value of Eligible Inventory plus (ii) the lesser of (x) the lesser of (1) 75% of the Value of Eligible In-Transit Inventory and (2) 85% of the NOLV Percentage of the Value of the Eligible In-Transit Inventory and (y) $10,000,000.

  • Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.

  • Inventory Value means the cost of property purchased by the trustee and the market value of other property at the time it became subject to the trust, but the trustee may use any value finally determined for the purposes of an estate or other transfer tax;

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Eligible Finished Goods Inventory means Inventory that qualifies as Eligible Inventory and consists of first quality finished goods held for sale in the ordinary course of Borrowers’ business.
