Inventory or Inventories means all inventories, including inventories of products, work-in-process, finished goods, raw materials, supplies, equipment, parts, labels and packaging (including rights and interests in goods in transit, consigned inventory, inventory sold on approval and rental inventory) and all returned products, samples and obsolete and nonsalable inventory.
