Investigation Process definition

Investigation Process means the process encompassing all procedures outlined in the Student Code of Conduct policy to examine and resolve a Charge. This process begins with the submission of a Code of Conduct Initiation Form.
Investigation Process means investigation process in accordance with Section VII of this Policy.

Examples of Investigation Process in a sentence

  • Except in serious situations where immediate termination of the Agreement is necessary, or where the breach does not warrant any formal response other than a warning, the School will endeavour, where appropriate, to follow a two-stage investigation process (the Investigation Process).
