Examples of Investigation Subcommittee in a sentence

  • The Investigation Subcommittee should consist of members of the Corporate Governance Committee who shall be charged with making an inquiry to the alleged infraction.

  • If it is determined that further investigation is appropriate, the Corporate Governance Committee Chair shall appoint two members of the Corporate Governance Committee to be the Investigation Subcommittee for the matter.

  • Upon their appointment, the members of the Investigation Subcommittee shall no longer participate as members of the Corporate Governance Committee for the purposes of considering that matter.
