Investigative Subcommittee definition

Investigative Subcommittee means a subcommittee designated pursuant to Rule 19(a) to conduct an inquiry to determine if a Statement of Alleged Violation should be issued.
Investigative Subcommittee means an investigator or Investigative Subcommittee established under Part I.
