Investment Advisor definition

Investment Advisor means any person or entity who is an Authorized Person to give Instructions with respect to the investment and reinvestment of the Fund's Investments.

Investment Advisor means, in relation to a Portfolio, the investment manager or investment advisor of the Portfolio.

Investment Advisor means the entity identified by the Funds to BNY Mellon as the entity having investment responsibility with respect to the Funds.

Examples of Investment Advisor in a sentence

• The Custodian shall comply with any investment directions furnished to it by the Investment Advisor, unless and until it receives written notification from the Designated Beneficiary (or Depositor or Responsible Individual) that the Investment Advisor's appointment has been terminated.

• The Designated Beneficiary (or Depositor or Responsible Individual) shall notify the Custodian in writing of any such appointment by providing the Custodian a copy of the instruments appointing the Investment Advisor and evidencing the Investment Advisor's acceptance of such appointment, an acknowledgment by the Investment Advisor that it is a fiduciary of the account, and a certificate evidencing the Investment Advisor's current registration under the Investment Advisor's Act of 1940.

Investment Advisor means Monroe Capital BDC Advisors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, or an Affiliate thereof.
