Investment Advisor definition

Investment Advisor means any person or entity who is an Authorized Person to give Instructions with respect to the investment and reinvestment of the Fund's Investments.
Investment Advisor means, in relation to a Portfolio, the investment manager or investment advisor of the Portfolio.
Investment Advisor means the entity identified by the Funds to BNY Mellon as the entity having investment responsibility with respect to the Funds.

  • The Custodian shall comply with any investment directions furnished to it by the Investment Advisor, unless and until it receives written notification from the Designated Beneficiary (or Depositor or Responsible Individual) that the Investment Advisor's appointment has been terminated.

More Definitions of Investment Advisor

Investment Advisor means any investment advisor as defined in Section 202(a)(11) of the Investment Advisors Act of 1940.
