Investment Adviser definition

Investment Adviser or "Adviser" means a party furnishing services to the Trust pursuant to any contract described in Article IV, Section 7(a) hereof;
Investment Adviser means the party, other than the Trust, to the contract described in Section 3.2 hereof.
Investment Adviser means any party furnishing services to the Trust pursuant to any investment advisory contract described in Section 4.1 hereof.

Investment Adviser means the investment adviser or investment advisers to the Fund and includes all sub-advisers or persons performing similar services.
