Investment Amounts definition

Investment Amounts means, with respect to each Investor, the Investment Amount indicated on such Investor’s signature page to the Purchase Agreement.
Investment Amounts means, in relation to any period, the aggregate of:
Investment Amounts means the amount(s) determined by Defendants from their client records (with no obligation to seek information additional to same) and provided to the Settlement Administrator, as set forth in ¶ 18 below, as to each Identified Settlement Class Member’s investment(s) in Commingled Lending Funds on the Relevant Dates, as well as such amounts to be determined by Defendants and provided to the Settlement Administrator for any other entity which, pursuant to a Status Challenge, is determined to be a Settlement Class Member.

Examples of Investment Amounts in a sentence

  • If the Company for any reason fails to issue and deliver such Put Shares during the Commitment Period, on the first Trading Day after the expiration of the Commitment Period, the Company shall wire to Investor a sum in immediately available funds equal to the product of (i) the Minimum Commitment Amount minus the aggregate Investment Amounts of the Put Notices delivered to Investor hereunder, and (ii) the Discount.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall the partial damages under this Section 2(d) exceed an amount equal to 20% of the aggregate Investment Amounts.

  • Upon execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Company to each Purchaser, the Investment Amounts shall not, under any circumstances, be refunded to such Purchaser.

  • Company, in its sole discretion, may cancel this Agreement with respect to Purchaser at any time prior to the Closing Date by delivery of written notice of cancellation to Purchaser and return of the Investment Amounts with accrued interest, if any, to Purchaser.

  • The aggregate of all Subscriber Investment Amounts shall be equal to the amount of the Escrow Fund on the Offering Closing Date.

  • Purchasers must tender the Investment Amounts on or before the Closing Date in order to participate in the Transaction.

  • All consents, approvals and other determinations to be made by the Purchasers pursuant to this Agreement and all waivers and amendments to or of any provisions in this Agreement to be binding upon a Purchaser shall be made by Purchasers that have invested more than fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate Investment Amounts invested by all Purchasers hereunder.
