Investment Banking definition
Investment Banking means any capital markets (including equity and debt capital raising), fixed income sales and trading (including fixed income analysis), equity research, equity sales and trading, mergers and acquisition advisory, and/or strategic advisory services, in each case, of the type and in the manner provided by investment banks. For the avoidance of doubt, Investment Banking does not include investment advisory and investment management business as conducted by merchant banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, venture capital firms, family offices, asset managers and investment advisory firms.
Investment Banking. Broker's and Finder's Fees. Except as set forth on Schedule 6.14 attached hereto, the Loan Parties shall not pay or agree to pay, or reimburse any other Person with respect to, any investment banking or similar or related fee, underwriter's fee, finder's fee or broker's fee to any Person in connection with the consummation of the Senior Subordinated Loan Transactions. The Loan Parties shall defend and indemnify Lender against and hold Lender harmless from all claims of any Person for any such fees and all costs and expenses, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees, incurred by Lender in connection therewith.

Investment Banking. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide Investment Banking and Advisory AND ADVISORY Services ("Services") to CacheStream. These Services SERVICES: shall include, but not be limited to, structuring and negotiating transactions involving entities seeking to make an investment into CacheStream or into whom CacheStream makes an investment or enters into a strategic partnership, licensing agreement, stock swap deal, merger, acquisition or any other transaction with CacheStream (collectively referred to as "Covered Transactions"). The proposed business combination ("Acquisition Transaction") with Providence Capital IX, Inc. ("Providence") shall be included as a Covered Transaction. The aforementioned entities shall be referred to as "Strategic Partners." All Strategic Partners introduced by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be initially submitted in writing by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and confirmed in writing via Schedule A attached hereto by CacheStream prior to being pursued by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. CacheStream may also introduce Strategic Partners to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and these Strategic Partners shall also be confirmed in writing via Schedule A attached hereto.
