Investment Claims definition

Investment Claims means all of the Seller’s existing and future claims against FWU LIL based on Investment Withholdings as determined pursuant to the Cooperation Agreement, the scope of which is further specified in Part 1 of Schedule 2 of the Claims Sale and Purchase Agreement (Overview and Structure of Investment Claims), which shall be decisive.
