Investment consultation definition
Investment consultation means the provision of personal recommendation to a client either upon its request or at the initiative of the investment intermediary, in respect to one or more transactions relating to financial instruments. The recommendation shall be personal when it is provided to a person in its capacity of an investor or a potential investor, or to an agent of an investor or potential investor. The recommendation shall not be personal when it is provided exclusively through distribution channels within the meaning of the Law on Measures Against Market Abuse With Financial Instruments, or to the public.
