These Investment Counseling Services may not be available to all clients, and in particularly, will not be available to hedge funds or other entities with other pre-agreed upon investment strategies and goals.
Pursuant to the foregoing, the Investment Counseling that Monex may provide within the ranges proposed in the Investment Strategy, shall not require justification of reasonableness of such Counseling.
