Custodian acts on the Investment Directions provided by the Account Owner and has no responsibility for the performance or suitability of the assets selected by the Account Owner.
The Program Sponsor shall not be responsible for any services required to be performed by the Custodian, such as purchasing Mutual Fund Shares, following Participant Investment Directions and liquidating Mutual Fund Shares.
All Investment Directions and other Instructions must be delivered to the Custodian in such manner as the Custodian may reasonably require.
