Investment Document definition

Investment Document means any agreement, subscription, assignment or other document evidencing in physical form an investment of the Client, or providing for the ownership by the Client, in each case that is acceptable to the Custodian. For the avoidance of doubt, it does not include any Security, instrument, certificate, title, agreement or other document that is accompanied by a stock power or instrument of assignment, endorsed to the Custodian or in blank.
Investment Document means any document published in relation to an investment, including the published prospectus of any investment fund or instrument from time to time, including any supplement to such prospectuses, and any other documents required to be provided by the fund provider;
Investment Document or “Investment Documents” shall mean those documents governing a Co-Tenant‟s relationship with its investors.

  • Each notice pursuant to Section 7.03(a) shall describe with particularity any and all provisions of this Agreement and any other Investment Document that have been breached.

  • Whether or not we require you to sign such additional Alternative and Higher Risk Investment Document, the terms hereof shall apply to such Additional Transactions.

  • Moreover, we shall not be deemed to have made any representation or warranty regarding the form or contents of such Alternative and Higher Risk Investment Document.

  • The terms and conditions set forth in this Letter Agreement are in addition to the provisions stated in the other Investment Documents and the terms and conditions of this Letter Agreement will prevail over any inconsistent provision in any other Investment Document.

  • It was agreed the Key Investment Document on the Property Fund, together with the Risk Analysis of CCLA, would be forwarded for consideration.
