Investment Institution definition

Investment Institution means a brokerage, investment or similar firm selected by Borrower and approved (and not subsequently disapproved) by Agent, for the purpose of making Permitted Investments on behalf of Borrower pursuant to Section 6.1(k) hereof, provided, that Agent’s approval or disapproval shall not be unreasonably conditioned, withheld or given, respectively. 128
